New Delhi: Water supply will be affected in several regions in Delhi on December 27th due to the annual flushing underground reservoir and pumping station, Jal Delhi’s council said on Saturday.
In a statement, DJB said residents are advised to provide sufficient amount of water.
Because the annual program for flushing underground reservoir and pump station, water supply will be affected by certain fields on December 27, he said.
Water supply will be affected in areas including flat lig dda in Kalkaji, Panchsheel Enclave, Mayur Vihar Phase II, Akbar Road, Sarojini Nagar, Ashoka Hotel, Shanti Path, Safdarjung, Racing Course, Sujan Singh Park and Parlement Park, according to Revelation.
DJB said water tankers will be available and share designated numbers for central control rooms and other areas.
