Jaipur: Police Nagaur investigated the Gangrape case from a 15-year-old girl learned in grade 10 on Wednesday catching two people.
The police have recorded the girl’s statement and now aims to submit the initial chargesheet in this case.
The survivors of the rape have submitted kidnapping and rape cases against two people and said the girl was kidnapped and raped by two people when she was on our way to school.
FIR was filed at the Chitawa Police Station in Nagaur.
DSP ranking officers have been assigned to examine this case.
“Both of them were accused of named in Fir.
was Kundan (23) and Bhanu Prakash (28).
A team also visited the cafe where the girl was sedated and then raped,” said Nagaur SP Abhijit Singh.
The two defendants were married and allegedly kidnapped the girl when she was on our way to school.
“We will take this case in the scheme of case officers for faster prosecution and we will try to file a chargesheet as early as possible,” Singh added.
The girl in his statement said the two defendants were forcibly put it in the car and took him to a cafe where he was sought and raped, “said the police.
