The Ministry of Health has directed its official to increase the RT-PCR test to 1 lakh per day.
At present, daily testing is only 28,000 compared to the test capacity of 1 lakh 45 thousand samples every day.
Directions have been spent to conduct a door-to-door survey and Covid-19 test patients who visit hospitals with diseases such as influenza.
