Trichy: Minister of Administration, Urban and Water Supply K Nehru on Saturday Terminus Bus Chathiram examined, which has been renovated under the Smart City Mission Program.
Chief Minister M K Stalin will inaugurate the terminus bus, which is at the last leg of rebuilding with the cost of Rs 18.80 Crore, along with other infrastructure projects on December 30.
Terminus rebuilt has two terminals to stop the city and bus MOFUSSIL.
Stand buses will have 54 shops, restaurants and two-wheeled parking lots.
Check the final phase of work, the minister said that additional pension rooms for Transport Corporation staff will be built.
“As part of CM visits, going to release the RS 400 Crore to the Terminus of the Integrated Bus will be released in the first phase.
The integrated vegetable market is also planned.
CM will put the foundation stone for new terminus,” said Minister.
The two corridors that were elevated were proposed for the city between the junction of the bridge bridge-odathurai Cauvery and Mallachipuram via Kalaignar Arivalayam and between Melachinthamani and Trichy Railway Junction Via Head Post Office tended to be announced by the chairman of the minister to the city.
