Chennai: The IAS officer who did not bother to obey the court order must be stripped of their IAS cadres, said Madras High Court on Saturday.
The problem is related to the defense transferred by Chennai-based Scrap traders who challenge the dismantling notice issued by the Greater Chennai Corporation.
The court made observations observing delays by the authorities in deciding the application and appeal transferred under TN Town and state planning.
“Officers who are most disrupted by this court order and do not do their duty, the door must be shown because of the number of dishonesty in their duties,” said the division bench from Judge and R Vijayakumar.

According to the Petitioner, even though he has transferred an appeal against the notice before the competent authority under the action, he has approached the court when he was afraid of the building to be destroyed at any time.
