Mumbai: The police team who patrolled near the Raigad Military School in Jogeshwari (West) arrested two men who were found suspected to move on their scooter on December 22.
Duo-Mohammed Khan (35) -Awere when a police team led by Tushar Sawant Sub-Inspector chased them when they tried to speed up.
Police Oshiwara investigated this case has confiscated at least 12 different bank cloning ATM cards found in their ownership.
The duo was trying to withdraw money using a cloning card when they were arrested.
Senior Inspector of Police Oshiwara Vivek Shende oversees the investigation team suspects that they are part of a gang that installs Skimmers at an ATM to steal card details and customer pins.
They move with a scooter with a fake registration number.
“Apart from the cloning card, six nationalized bank reports have been found in their pockets,” police said.
Duo is being detained.
They were ordered under the Indian criminal code section for cheating and forgery.
