Colva: Police Colva arrested Vikas Kumar, 26, from South Delhi on charges of trying to kill Bhushan Thakur, 23, from Bihar.
According to a complaint by a friend of the victim, Kumar on Tuesday abused Thakur with dirty language over the problem of caste and then stabbed him with a broken bottle.
The police immediately shifted Thakur to Hospicio.
Kumar was arrested on Wednesday.
