Vadodara: The owner of the beauty salon was tricked by two unknown women in Dabhoi Ring Road on Tuesday.
Swati Panchal has registered a complaint against the Defendant’s Duo at the Panigati Police Station.
Panchal told the police that the defendant came to his living room on Tuesday afternoon as a customer.
They first talked to Panchus for a while and then told him that a goddess came at the nearest temple.
The accusation convinced him to resolve the ritual for his daughter when he aspired to go abroad.
Unknown women then requested Rs 8,000 from Panchus to do rituals.
They also asked him to give some gold after Panchal gave them an ornament worth 65,000.
The defendant then told the complainant that they would visit the nearest temple and return.
When women don’t return, Panchal contacted the police.
