The KDA board with a round voice cleanses ₹ 11,11-billion revised budget

Kanpur: Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) on Thursday approved the revised original budget of Rs 11.11 billion for 2021-22 unanimously at the 133rd council meeting held under the leadership of Chairman of Raj Shekhar, Commissioner Division.
The revised budget is presented on the basis of revenue and expenses until November 2021.
Members ratified the minutes of the last meeting held on August 21, 2021 and witnessed the Board Meeting Compliance Report.
In addition to the Master Plan 2031 Draft, around 18 proposals, including Choker, Kanpur City and the Bingavan occupancy scheme discussed at a meeting.
Dangan Master Plan 2031 Kanpur, based on GIS under the Amrit scheme of the Central Government and it was decided to hold a meeting with all government departments and chairmen and look for instructions needed for further processes.
Members recommend proposals to prepare images of commercial plots that are woven in various schemes developed and executed and test the same thing compliance in any scheme and after it prepares a work plan and presents the same thing at the next board meeting.
Members issued a partial amendment proposal in the RAM Ganga Enclave Scheme layout plan to identify workers and officials who had prepared disputed layout plans of the plot and actions taken against them by the Deputy Chairperson so that the type of incident could not occur.
Members also passed the proposal to appoint retirees of Tehsildar, Nayab Tehsildar based on outsourcing for land acquisition work under various schemes.
Members also cleared the price proposal that was supervised by RS 52.60 lakh for the operation of multi-level phoolbagh parking based on e-Auction.
The construction of the video conference hall at the Division Commissioner camp office was also passed by members.
The member council also issued a proposal to provide an affiliate technology consultant and strategy considering the development of KDA operations.
Chokeri, City Kanpur Baru and the Bingavan occupancy scheme discussed in meetings and skipped in principle graduating on principles and developers have been directed to search for NOC from all relevant government offices.
Sarveshwar Shukla (Joint Industry Commissioner), Swatantra Singh (project manager) and the other attended meeting.
