Mangaluru: The income tax of the newly changed goods and services (GST) of the Taxpayer Center (TFC) was inaugurated by Imamuddin Ahmed, Central Excise Commissioner and Central Tax (GST) on Thursday.
TFC is located on the ground floor of the central income building, Attavar.
As part of various programs launched to commemorate 75 years of independence, the Customary Council of Indirect and Customs (CBIC) simultaneously launched 75 centers of taxpayer facilitation in 70 cities.
75 TFC, including GST and customs, has been dedicated to taxpayers as part of the Azadi theme of the Amrit Mahotsav, ‘ideas, achievements and determination’.
These TFCs will act as a local assistance table to assist taxpayers with information and assistance, and will praise the remote delivery of support services to taxpayers, provided by GST partner Helpdesk.
Taxpayers who need assistance with respect to GST can approach the FREE GST taxpayer facilitation center.
The GST taxpayer facilitation center is operated by an indirect tax center and customs.
TFC in Mangaluru will be operated by officials and excise staff center Mangalore and Central Taxes (GST) Commissioners.
