Farmer Farmers 4-MTH Abadi Land Glang as Noida Provides Roadmap

Noida: A protest that is the same as the style for the agitation of the central agriculture ends in the same way on Thursday in a victory for farmers who have been camping outside the office of the Noida Authority for 122 days.
Noida authorities agreed several main demands of farmers who protested, affiliated with Sukhvir Khaliva’s Bharatiya Kisan Parishad.
Two of these demands – increase regularization of eternal land of 450 square meters to 1,000 square meters and enable commercial activities in the eternal land – will be taken before the Noida Authority Board.
Authority argues that 250-300 farmers can benefit from increasing regularization as 25 of 81 villages do not have such prosecutors and in several other villages that do it, the criteria of 450 square meters are not fulfilled.
For commercial activities in Tanah Abadi, officials say a committee will be consulted whose findings can be taken at the Board Meeting.
Officials on Friday submitted two paper resolutions, signed by Deputy Collector (V), describing the steps that must be taken.
The land refers to the plot allocated to farmers as part of the compensation package they provide to Noida authority.
Farmers from 81 Nida villages from whom the land was obtained in 1977 and so on, after the new Okhla Industrial Development Authority (which gave its name name) was formed, was to receive 10% of compensation as a perpetual plot.
Then, the authority offers a 5% plot, by saying the remaining 5% will enter the development of roads, drainage, parks, etc.
Experts argue that land acquisition in 81 villages was based on a land survey in 1932 and not new, arguing that together with their agricultural land, housing land was also obtained.
After protests, in 2011, Noida’s authority came with the lasting Niyamawali 2011 who decided to rent 450 square meters of eternal land to every farmer from whom the land was obtained.
But farmers say that this is too small the size of the plot because most families have grown since the acquisition process and have properties (hence, demand for regularization).
Farmers who protested also accused many of them have not received 5 of them.
% plot.
For such farmers, a survey will be initiated to identify land.
Sudhir Chauhan, one of the protesters at the forefront of agitation, told toi that while such commercial activities in eternal or leasingback were permitted before, recently stopped and the authority of Noida had sought charges of farmers.
The resolution said the authority would notify the demand board.
“A committee led by Aceo will be formed in this connection that the meeting will soon be called and the Board will be notified of commercial activities and updates,” said the document For surveys to identify places where 5% plots can be given to farmers.
“Agency will see whether we have to form a separate cluster.
The survey report is immediately expected.
Not every proposal must be brought before the board meeting.
The same will be studied based on the case for cases and if the planning department wants, some cases can be brought before the board,” said Mishra.
The design of the resolution said the demand from farmers for a 5% plot will be discarded within six months.
The farmers who protested also wanted the village excluded from Ambit Map Policy.
“This is the traditional nature that has breed after the family is getting bigger.
We want that the requirements for setbacks around houses are done because homes have been adjacent to each other.
Next, we demand that the authority should not consider the height of the wall of the barrier and Plants and they must be released from rules that determine the 15 meter high bar, “Chauhan said.
The resolution states that the demand for measuring property heights from the pedestal level and not from the level of roads in the villages will be “discussed.” The contract request for 10% plot, not 5% will be sent to the state government.
The resolution said the farmers who took back their lawsuits after the public appeal by Noida authorities in 2015 could submit a new application, which would be verified and then sent to the state government consideration.
