Gorakhpur: The Cabinet Appointment Committee (ACC) has approved the appointment of General Manager, North East Railway, Vinay Kumar Tripathi to the position of Chair and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from the railroadboard, New Delhi, said CPRO PANKAJ Kumar Singh.
The Cabinet Appointment Committee has approved the extension of six months until December, 2022, when Sunete Sharma has now retired on December 31, 2021.
Tripathi (Electrical Engineering) from ROCCEE and joined the Indian train engineer (IRSee) batch (Irsee) Batch .
His first post was an electric engineer assistant in North Railway.
Tripathi has succeeded in issuing important electricity department’s postwork assignments in Northern, Central & Western Railway and holding key positions of Divisional Railway Manager, North Railway, Allahabad, Chair of Electric Electrical Engineers, Western General Managers and additional members / traction on the railroadboard.
He has attended a higher management training program in Switzerland & USA.
