Frizzless: Most of the people who are visually disturbed in the state still have to depend on others in terms of knowing the date and schedule of certain holidays because the state government is rumored to only print a limited number of Braille Odia calendar.
While there are more than 10,000 educated people who are visually disturbed in the state, the government only scored 2,000 copies of the calendar, said the source.
Like the previous years, the Red Cross Braille press, the only braille printing machine in the state, here print a special calendar.
“Production is not enough to fulfill all people who are visually disturbed.
We urge the government to print more copies of the Braille calendar,” said the President of the Odisha Bawa Foundation Bijay Rath.
