Bhubaneswar: The State Government on Friday limited group movements, churches, greetings with bouquets of interest in the new year in their offices in all states as precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
Orders issued by the General Administration Department asked employees to use virtual means to deliver new year greetings to colleagues and seniors.
