New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Monday Just a guarantee was given to a charges in the violence of Bulandshahr 2018 where a police inspector was sentenced to death with the pretext of cows, saying that it was a serious problem and directed it to surrender in the week.
A judicial bench Sanjay Kishan Kuli and M M Sundresh allowed the defense of Rajnii Singh, the wife of a dead police officer, who approached the peak court to the command of the Allahabad High Court which had provided guarantees to allegations.
The court, after hearing all parties, passed the command stay from HC Order.
