Prayagraj: Nearly 82 percent of recipients who meet the requirements of the city of Sangam have been given the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine while 40 percent have been fully vaccinated, the district health authority is here on Sunday.
The Ministry of Health’s figures revealed that around 82 percent of recipients who met the requirements of all age groups (36,80,108) have taken at least one single dose while 18.03,953 receiver (40%) has taken a dose.
Ajil 22,022 totaling 54, 84,061 doses have been given to recipients who meet the requirements of all age groups.
The District Health Authority has set a target of 45.16,437 recipients to manage Jab under the Vax drive.
Health officials stated that sincere efforts were being carried out to cover the left receiver under the Vax drive and the team had been assigned tasks at static points in rural areas and urban areas in the same case.
The health team also promotes vaccination among women based in rural areas to increase vaccination speed and reach the target.
