Coimbatore: The day after clashes between the owner of the brick kiln and a group of activists, the Thadagam police on Monday ordered two cases.
C Suresh, 38, manager of VKV Group of Company in Somayanur, filed a complaint to the Thadagam police on Sunday.
According to complaints, Activists Thordagam S Ganesh, G Mohanraj, R Ramesh and his 17-year-old daughter entered without permission to the VKV brick kiln unit which was locked and used the drone camera to make a video from the facility.
When Suresh and the Ravichandran R driver faced them, Ramesh and Mohanraj hit Ravichandran with a helmet and caused bleeding wounds.
He was treated at Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital (CMCH).
Based on Suresh’s complaint, the police registered a case against four people below 447 (punishment for criminal violations), 294 (b) (said obscene words), 324 (voluntarily cause dangerous injuries or 506 (II) (punishment for criminal intimidation) From the Indian punishment code.
Ganesh also filed a complaint, which he said the group was attacked while doing research Jeevanandam and Sudhapriyan attacked us.

Based on his complaint, the police registered a case against seven people below 147 (punishment for riots), 323 (punishment due to voluntarily cause wounds), 427 ( damage causes damage to fifty rupees) and 506 (ii) (ii) for criminal intimidation) read with N 379 (penalty for theft) IPC.
