Lucknow: Evidence collected by the Investigation Central Team (CBI) who investigated the mysterious death of the Canpur Manish Gupta businessman in a hotel in Gorakhpur during a police attack did not suggest that it was a murder, and the police accused of maybe it would be indicted by guilty murder.
The source said the CBI team conducted a detailed investigation, gathered evidence and recorded a statement of friends from Kanpur businessmen who died who were present in the hotel room with him during police attacks but murder costs could not be supported, while no logical motives for crime.
The CBI found that the police had an argument that was heated with the entrepreneurs where he fell and suffered a fatal head injury.

The CBI team found that even though employers died after the use of strength, the order of events, injury properties, and the absence of motives that might not show that the intention caused death.
On November 2, CBI initially registered a murder case against six police officers, three named and three unknown.
On September 27, Ramgarhtal JN Singh Inspector, Phalmandi Police Post, Sub-Inspector (SI) Akshay Mishra, Si Vijay Yadav and three other police officers allegedly broke into a hotel room where Manish Gupta businessman lived with his friends to be examined.
The police allegedly struggled them after a fight where Gupta died.
All six police named in Fir are currently in prison.
A CBI officer for Probe said the order of events was examined by forensic experts to find out the pattern and injury pattern, while the detailed record of the call from all police accused of being examined to find out whether they had a previous connection with the victim there were no links found.
The CBI team also brought Gupta Pradeep Chauhan and Hardeep Chauhan friends to the hotel and recreate the crime scene to match their statements to find out what really happened in the room on the right day.
However, officers said that the investigation body would recommend disciplinary action against Gorakhpur’s senior police who had commented on the death of Gupta.
