Ayodhya: He was seven years old, a class III student, but woke up early in the morning even in this cold winter and was on the road at 7 in the morning, looking for a sound for his father Pawan Pandey, who aimed at the contest from Ayodhya for the third time.
Pandey made the election debut in the election of the 2012 assembly as the Candidate of the Sawadi Party and defeated BJP Stalwart Lallu Singh, who is now MP from Faizabad.
He won another seat in 2012 but was lost in the BJP 2017 tsunami.
His daughter Gauri continued the door-to-door visit for two hours before going to school then two hours at night.
“I am looking for a voice for my father so that Akhilesh Yadav can be the main minister,” Gauri Toi said.
Ayodhya constituency remained impenetrable for opposition from 1991 to 2012 to BJP lost in 2012 after 21 years.
