Patna: A total of 59 more doctors from Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) in Patna have been tested positive for Covid-19, state health officials get information on Tuesday.
“59 more doctors Nalanda Medical College and Hospital (NMCH) in Patna have been tested positive for Covid-19,” officials said.
A total of 159 NMCH doctors have been infected by the virus.
New infections add to this calculation.
Previously on Sunday, Patna DM Chandrashekhar Singh had told that 87 hospital doctors had been tested positively Covid-19.
After this, NMCH medical supervisor Dr.
Binod Kumar Singh on Monday informed that 72 more NMCH doctors were tested positive for Covid-19 took the infection calculation to 159.
