Kanpur: The Indian Bar Board (BCI) has held the Elder Committee of the Kanpur Bar Association to hold the election of the Bar Association to the disposal of the issue of the KBA and Suspension of Advocates by the Uttar Pradesh Bar Board.
BCI has also directed the Board of Bars to discard problems as soon as possible a period of two weeks after receipt of this order after giving consideration to the representative of the letter submitted by the Pawan Kumar Tiwari and Elder Committee, KBA.Dr Pawan Kumar Tiwari was banned from practices with the Anarki Board after Anarchy .
The KBA general election held on the last December 17 where an advocate was shot dead and the election was canceled.
Secretary in his letter also stated that the Elder KBA committee sent a letter on December 30, 2021 received by BCI.
