Kanpur: Additional District and Kanpur Nagar judge session on Wednesday rejected the guarantee application accusing Shafeeq Bhayankar who was arrested by the police to extorze and put someone in fear of death.
The court observed that based on the evidence added by eyewitnesses accused of making an effort to squeeze Rs 2 Lakh by placing a complainant in fear of death showing that he committed serious violations.
Considering evidence of notes and circumstances, the court found that the reason for the guarantee in this case was not enough, therefore the guarantee application was rejected.
Besimperaim claimed in the application guarantee that he was innocent and had been involved in this case.
The story of prosecution is based on false facts because he has no request or threatening complainants.
In addition, he has never met him or not even know him, he begged.
He said the police had involved it in the wrong case because they pressed it to be the informant he had refused.
The police have registered a fake case against him.
