Noida: Noida authorities on Friday floated two large plots, reserved for institutional purposes other than some commercial units.
The plots available in sectors 40 and 145 have been intended to prepare educational institutions.
In sectors 145 has been provided for the upper high school settings.
The reserve rate for two plots measuring 5,568 square meters and 1,200 square meters, has been saved as Rs 10.08 Crore and Rs 3.89 Crore.
Similar, the authority also introduced 50 commercial units in sector 117.
While 24 commercial units were air-conditioned, the remaining 24 was not air-conditioned.
Authority has also developed a park covering 46 hectares of land and has commercial components.
Two cafeterias tend to function in the park.
According to authority officials, some buildings have emerged around the location and economic activities need to be supported.
“Therefore, we launch a scheme at these points,” said Kumar Sanjay, officers about special tasks and responsible for the commercial division.
