Jaipur: A 30-year-old shopkeeper consumed poison and went to the police station Kalwar with a suicide note that some people took a loan from him but then refused to pay it last Saturday, guiding him to take extreme steps.
Staff at the Kalwar police station quickly transported Pawan Sharma, a resident of Bhambori Road, where he died during treatment on Thursday.
Uncle Sharma Madhu Sudhan Sharma on Friday filed firs at the Kalwar police station against 11 people, including Pawan Prahaah Sharma’s father to take debt and refused to pay it later.
In accordance with FIR, Madhu Sudhan Sharma has accused that Pawan has a small shop near Pratapura.
He has a different loan of up to almost 11 people including Rs 26 Lakh to one Mukesh Meena, Rs 90,000 for Nanu Nitharwal, Rs 2 Lakh to Idenitphia relatively as Kailash Sharma and Rs 10 Lakh for his father Prahalad Sharma.
Uncle the deceased told the police in his complaint that Pawan briefly spoke to Him about several people who took loans from him before convincing him from payment on time.
However, as time went on, they all rejected Pawan’s request to pay for it again.
He has experienced a lot of losses when people refuse to return the money.
FIR also mentioned the alleged threats given to Pawan when he knocked on the door of the accusation and asked them to repay the money, which forced him to sell the plot.
Sub-Inspector (Kalwar), Rameshwar Lal said that Pawan came to the police station on January 1, “His condition looked fine when he arrived, we took him to the hospital for treatment.
He died later,” he said.
The police said that a FIR was submitted against 11 people named under Section 306 (suicide reduction) of the IPC.
FIR also entered the name of the father of Pawan as one of the accused together.
