Surat: Four police officers of the UMRA police station on Thursday were booked to try to kill after the court order in the case of an attack on a 23-year-old man who ended in a comma.
The police have struggled by the man in June 2021 which was allegedly because they did not wear the mask properly who was involved in beating one Samir Ansari, a resident of Gulshan Park Society near Paliya Ground.on on Thursday a violation was registered against Nilesh, Dhansukh, a police officer of the Umra Unknown.
The four were ordered under various parts of the Indian Criminal Code including murder efforts (307), intentional insults and provocations (504).
Investigation has been submitted to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, a crime branch.
“A violation has been registered according to the direction of the court and investigation has been submitted to the assistant Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch,” an officer posted at the police station Umra said.
The court has issued orders based on complaints submitted by Samir’s father, Kamil, after police complaints not submitted against the COPS accused of June 22.
When they left, one of the police accused of approaching Samir and told him that he did not wear a mask properly.
