PANAJI: Chief Electoral Officer Office, Goa State organizes short film competition – Voice Goa 2022.
The theme for this competition is ‘Matdaar Jagruti’ and shipping can be done on January 18.
The entertainment of the Society of Goa (ESG) will be an executive agent for the same thing.
Open entries for all manufacturers / home production of goans / individuals / students and educational and social institutions.
This film must be taken with Full HD resolution (1080p) (even cellular cameras with full HD resolution can be used).
Short films must be at least three minutes to a maximum of five minutes.
Film filing that will be created on pen drive or DVD with the MOV format or M.
All screening rights will be with the election commission for filmed films.

The film sending form must accompany the right synopsis and not exceed fifty film words, directors and profile producers.
