Lucknow: With 15 Muslims, 14 SCS and 11 OBC, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) stated the list of candidates for the fourth phase of the election.
Of the nine assembly chairs in Lucknow, four have gone to a minority community.
Among the famous candidates in this phase, which straddled the central constituency, the party has deployed K Singh aka Satish Verma from Hargram Mallawan’s Bilgram.
Singh, who is the former MLA of the election, is also the husband of the former MP BJP Anju Bala, now a member of Commission SC / SC.
The other BJP trail in the list was a party candidate from Mehmoodabad, Meesam Rizvi, who was the son of a former member of Congress and a minister, Ammar Rizvi, who joined BJP in 2019.
And he continued to become a member of Safron’s clothing.
The party has also given a ticket to the hands of the old party, Abdul Mannan, who briefly joined SP in 2017, but returned to the fold party.
Mannan fights from Sandila.
In other developments, senior leaders and prominent Brahmin faces, Nakul Dubey, are not in the list.
The caste matrix was no different from 2017, said the traditional seat of LeaderDubey BSP had become Bakshi Ka Talab in Lucknow Lok Sabha, where Salamdin Siddiqui had made a candidate.
This shows Dubey may not fight at all.
“The caste matrix is not much different from 2017.
There is a distribution that is almost the same between the minority, SCS, OBC and the top caste.
From a general seat, six have gone to Brahmana.
In an important selection such as Lucknow, two seats, two reserved and four have been given To Muslims, “said a member of the senior party, adding this phase has also focused on party workers.
With the announcement of candidates for the fourth phase, BSP has translated 57 Muslims, of which three are called in the third phase.
In 2017, the party had reduced 99 Muslims in all phases.
