Gurgaon: For the first time, the City and State Planning Department (DTCP) has prepared a proposal to develop two SOHNA-35 and 36 sectors, measuring a total of nearly 530 hectares, and the roads that divide the sector by a collection of land.
The department sent a proposal for land collection to the Head Administrator Haryana Shahri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in Chandigarh for final approval.
Detailed survey possibilities after that.
This proposal aims to create a fair and transparent mechanism for soil collection from landowners who are willing.
The aim is to get land inclusively, with landowners with willing to part with their land, making them development partners, rather than taking the required route acquisition.
According to the proposal, landowners are willing to participate in the soil collection process will convey their agreement for the department.
“After development, landowners will be returned part of the land developed.
In terms of infrastructure work such as roads, the owner will get the land developed in the adjacent area,” an official said.
This is the first time the department has proposed to develop two sectors in Gurgaon under the scheme, the District City Planner (Planning) Sanjay Kumar said.
Many projects have been developed under policies in Punjab and Gujarat.
However, said Kumar, the policy was never effectively applied in Haryana.
He said that the cost of land in and around Gurgaon was high, and therefore, farmers and landowners, who gave their land, would be compensated with the land developed.
The cost of land developed will be calculated per square page, providing more benefits for landowners.
According to the plan Master Sohna, this district has 36 sectors, including 17 housing sectors.
Housing Official (1) HSVP Vikas Dhanda said that the authorities were interested in developing projects in the same way in sectors 81 to 115, Farukhnagar and other regions.
