S Rameshmysuru: Covid’s increasing levels in the Chamarajanagar district despite strict measures to curb infection worrying about district officials.
The position of the test in this district is at 26%.
This happens amid a surge in cases in neighboring Kerala.
The District Health Authority has done 2000 to 2,200 RT-PCR and mice tests – outside the target set by the state health authority every day in all primary health centers – and reported 550 to 700 positive cases in the past week.
However, this district maintains a record recover rate of 800 to 900 cases every day after the house quarantine for seven days.
On Tuesday, 41,266 individuals were tested positive for Coronavirus after the plague of pandemic and had 3,417 active cases and from them, 2,717 of them were under house isolation.
The remaining infected individuals are in the Covid Care Center and Covid District Hospital and Taluk Hospitals.
The district has reported the death of 593 Covid to date.
The district has less hospitalized in the last 15 days in the district, Dr.
M M Mahesh, the Nodal Officer district for Covid, told TII.
He said that the district government had retained all 16 Covid care centers and focused on preventing the spread of viruses of people showing symptoms such as coughing, cold, fever, respiratory problems, chest infections.
“District health authorities have taken all steps to stabilize the test level of the test,” he added.
“Because restrictions have relaxed in tourist attractions and pilgrims, directives have been given to local authorities to ensure social blasphemy, safety guidelines.
Special attention is given to monitor cases in housing schools and hostels,” he said.
