Gurgaon: The District Court on Friday has issued a notification to two developers and officials from the City and State Planning Department (DTCP) after Vipul Lavanya Rwa submitted a petition who searched for a detention order on the blocking of the main access road to public blocking.
They have been told to submit their reply within 30 days.
The land where 24 meter access to Vipul Lavanya was built previously owned by Vipul Developer Ltd, which was then sold to SRV Automotives Pvt Ltd.
In December last year, the SRV access was blocked to the public by installing a fence and exploring the road even though the fact was part of the approved layout plan, the occupant was claimed.
“We have run the pillar to be sent for months, but what we get is a fake guarantee.
We are left without choice but approaching the court,” said Sunil Yadav, President Vipul Lavanya Rwa, said.
Sumit Bajaj, a resident, said: “The road behind a narrow community and with schools will be reopened, the bus will not be able to reach the community.
In terms of medical or fire emergency, we will be helpless.” When contacted, representatives of Automotive SRV PVT LTD said, “The land belonged to us and we only worked in our licensed area.

” On Thursday, the DTCP directed SRV to find a peaceful solution in a week.
