Hubballi / MySuru: Various organizations and personality Hubballi has spent the death of veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar, who died in Mumbai on Sunday morning.
In the order of condolences, Basavara Horatti, Chair of the Legislative Council, said that Lata was “The Nightingale of India” and the era of the music world had ended with his death.
“He has enriched the world of music by singing reflections, patriotic, light music, Abhang, Bhajan, Doha apart from film songs with a melodious voice,” he added director of music, directly from Rd Burman to Ar Rahman.
“Not only India, the whole world has lost an iconic singer now,” he said.
Golsiddha Rajyogindra Mahaswami from Moorusavir Math has prayed peacefully for a dead soul.
