MSU contains it with a DLitt honorary degree

Vadodara: Barodian has their own memory of Nightingale Nightingale Lata Mangeshkar who died at the Permen Breach Mumbai Hospital on Sunday morning.
The legendary singer was in Vadodara in 2005 when M University M gave him an honorary doctorate during the 52nd Annual Convocation ceremony.
Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Deputy Chairperson of the Planning Commission, the Indian government was invited to provide a convocation address as a major guest during the convocation ceremony, where ‘Lata didi’ because he lovingly disabled the honorary doctoral degree (D Litt).
A total of 6,550 undergraduate students, 1,872 postgraduate students, 698 Diploma and 33 PhD graduates were given degrees during the convocation ceremony held on October 8, 2005, officials remembered.
The veteran singer was given an honorary title by former MSU Chancellor late Dr.
Mrunalini Devi pulu who led the function on the land of the convocation.
The former member of Mukund Shah’s syndicate remembers the famous singer as very humble and polite in his conversation.

Interestingly, the singer also bought a saree from the city.
Shah Malti’s wife helped singers choose Sarees from the Saree Bundle which was taken to a five-star hotel standing out by three leading Saree Shop owners from Vadodara.
The singer, prepared at the hotel, wanted to give Saree to his relatives in Mumbai.
“Actually, he was so down to earth so he easily hit the conversation with my driver who became a Maharashtrian experienced with Marathi,” Kenang Shah.
