Varanasi: With a 90.13% recovery rate, the Covid-19 situation continues to increase in the Varanasi district on Monday, when a positive rate of 2.7% is recorded.
According to a daily medical bulletin, from 4,548 test reports 123 people were tested positive for Covid-19, while 133 patients including one in hospital facilities and 132 in house isolation was declared cured.
At present, there are 1,222 active cases in the Varanasi District of Jaunpur, 18 people tested positive for Covid-19, while 18 patients in house isolation are declared cured on Monday.
There are 272 Covid-19 active cases in the district district.
The Combauli district reported 14 new cases including six women and two children on Monday.
Eight patients were declared recovered in the district.
At present, Chandauli has 145 active cases.
