Ahmedabad: City accounted for one third of the Gujarat daily case at 874 of 2.502 on Tuesday, recorded a 6% decline in everyday case.
In comparison, the state recorded a decrease of 14% from 2,909 on Monday.
It was the lowest daily calculation for Gujarat in 35 days and for Ahmedabad in 36 days.
Death on the other hand increased from 21 on Monday to 28 on Tuesday.
However, in the main shift of eight cities contributed 10 deaths and the remaining 18 mortality was recorded from the remaining Gujarat – giving a 2% mortality rate.
With a 7,487 discharge of patients, the active case fell to 33,631.
After two weeks, patients in the ventilator went below 200 at 199 in Gujarat.
