Patna: The Ministry of India’s Meteorology (IMD) on Tuesday estimates light rain in Bihar isolated on Wednesday and Thursday.
Patna’s meteorological center was also stated in its bulletin that light rain is expected on Wednesday in the southwest and south-central Bihar (including Patna).
Light rainfall is likely to occur in remote areas throughout the south-central and southeast regions on Thursday.
Rainfall has been associated with Western disturbances recently and cyclone circulation is induced.
Last week, Bihar received shower, thunder, and even hail in several locations in the northern region of the country because of the influence of other western disorders and warm and cold wind convergence.
During winter, Western disturbances usually produce snow in the upper Himalayas and rainfall across the North Plateau, including Bihar.
This year, the area has been hit by many Western disturbances, producing persistent winter rainfall.
