Jaipur: It was a normal day at the Indian Central Bank on Tuesday morning before the customer and employees were detained at the wall point and pushed to the small room where they heard gunshots.
Talking with Toi, Pawan Kumar, a customer who came for a job related to the check, was astonished when he found a man who pointed at the gun on his head.
“I entered the bank around 10am.
I didn’t find anything suspicious until one of the robbers pointed out firearms like a gun on me.
He took out my cellphone and locked me in the bathroom with someone else,” he said.
Kumar said when people continued to enter the bank, the robbers pushed them into small rooms one by one.
“The accusation also fired at the bathroom gate, was very cold,” he said.
Krishan Kumar, another customer, has entered the bank around 10am with Rs 5,200.
“The defendant robbed my cash, I begged them why they took my money.
Instead, they also took my cellphone,” he said, adding that people shed to fear when the defendant opened fire.
Customers and bank officials while telling horror said that they were all afraid of their lives as soon as the defendant shot at the bathroom gate.
Manoj Choudhary, a bank official, said that the defendant took his scooter and escaped from Secne.
He said that banks operate like other normal days.
Satyave Gujjar, a JCB driver who worked outside the main road, claimed that he had kept his helmet in the bank and had gone to take it when he realized that he accidentally walked into the robbery.
He said, “I just entered the bank, I was shocked, the defendant put a gun on my chest and someone else threatened me to follow his orders.”
