Nagpur: Appearing to rescue Candidates for Ayurved Postgraduate Colleges, the Nagpur bench Bombay High Court has directed CET CET cells to allow them to fill out the online preference form for the second and subsequent reception round.

Radha Dabhade said that in previous years the process of charging the online preference was only allowed during the first closing (center reception process) round and not during the next round.
His advice – Firdos Mirza and Aneesh Kathane – argue that the Central Authority, while filling out all the Indian postgraduate seats for MD / MS Ayush, allowing the facility to students during each hat separately.
“If the schedule for the second round is stated, and there are no provisions made to allow the candidates to fill their preferences online for the next hat round, we direct that they must be given with the same facilities as the Central Authority when filling out all Indian quota chairs,” The division bench consisting of Judge Sunil Shukre and Anil Pansare.
The bench issued a notification to respondents, including the Cell Cell State Commissioner, which is a competent authority for the receipt process, and others, asking them to submit a reply within one week.

The National Integrated Medical Association (NIMA) Dr.
Mohan Yende Maharashtra told that after HC’s direction, CET cells allow students to fill out preferences after each round, so it benefits many students in need on a large scale.
