Dharwad: Poet Veteran Nadoja Channaveer Kanavi died at a personal hospital in Karnataka’s Dharwad on Wednesday.
He was 93.
Kanavi survived by a girl and four sons.
He was hospitalized on January 14 after he complained of respiratory problems.
When entering, Kanavi has been tested positive for Covid-19 and shifted to the ICU.
He, however, recovered from Covid-19 infection but exhaled his last breath after multiorgan dysfunction.
According to family sources, Kanavi will be cremated on its farm located in Kelergeri.
