Vadodara: The number of cases of Covid-19 reported in one day in the city and the district fell further by 13 more positive testing of 1,621 tests carried out in the city and district in 24 hours ending on Wednesday night.
After six days that the number has slipped under 15 new cases a day.
In the first wave, 13 cases were reported in a day for the last time on May 14, 2020 only from 135 tests in the city and district.
Against 13 new cases, 111 people were sent home from the city and district that left 204 active cases.
Active cases include six on ventilator or bipap machines and 11 on oxygen support.
Overall, 71,702 people have tested positive Covid-19 in the city and districts since the pandemic began.
Of these, 70,875 has been discarded even when 623 has died officially.
