Rajkot: A grade 8 student was allegedly raped by his friend’s relatives in his school bathroom in March, stating the complaint submitted by the girl on Wednesday late at night.
The girl’s family came from Nepal and currently settled in Rajkot.
In complaints, the 15-year-old mother accused that the mid-20-old defendant was a resident of the letter and relatives of the school security guard.
According to complaints, the girl came into contact with the defendant a few months.
Then when he came from a letter to stay with his relatives in Rajkot.
“The accusation of raping children below March promised his marriage,” police said.
June 12, the girl went to a letter without telling her parents and met the defendant.
He asked him to marry her, but he reportedly refused to marry him.
When the girl’s parents learned that their daughter was in a letter, they took her back to Rajkot on Tuesday.
After returning, the girl told her family about rape.
Following this, the girl made a complaint of rape with the B Division City Police Office Rajkot who was transferred to the Mahila Police Station for further investigation.
