Written by news2in

Prayagraj: To streamline a virtual hearing case, Allahabad High Court has introduced a new web application called Cisco WebEx Event.
Until now, Jitsi Meet web application is used for this purpose, which will be replaced in stages.
Initially, this would only be for five trials but from next week and so on, more courts would be added in the new system.
Gradually, in one month all courts will be included in it, according to the release issued by the HC Ashish Kumar Srivastava registrar protocol.
There will be no video conference link for all of the trials, which are connected to this new virtual helper mode, added notifications.
Someone must feed a person’s case number, right slap and name in the new web application.
When your case arrives, the Secretary of the bench will connect you directly and you will be taken to court.
During the waiting period you can watch the court process but you will not be able to participate.
You also won’t know how much advocate / person watching.
But you will certainly know whether your opponent’s advisor is present or not.
(Of course you can chat with him personally).
During the waiting period, your device will remain silent automatically.
But when you are taken to court, you have to ‘open yourself’ your device manually.
Webex will filter all sounds like ‘kitni sysequential wedge’, dog skin, telephone ringing, etc.
Complete instructions will be available on the High Court website on Saturday night.
One can always provide feedback to the Court Committee, which is headed by Justice SP Kespersible directly about work or problems or interference.
