Shailesh Bhandesh Bhandari conducts police complaints against his brother Mukesh Bhandari, his two sons and one Harendrasinh Besr to enter the company unit in Samakhiyali in Kikesh, his sons – Siddharth Bhandari and Anurag Bhandari – has been banned from entering the factory-based location Smakhiyali with a resolution that was passed by the company’s directors.
Despite the order, the trio entered the factory place on May 29, around 10.15 violated the board’s command.
The complainants further alleged that Mukesh and his sons had come with 25 guards and tried to break the company’s limit and threaten workers there.
Mukesh is also on the Samakhiyali factory board.
The defendant also entered the office of the Executive Director of the Santanu Kumar company and threatened him.
They also submitted an invalid termination letter and threw it out of the office.
Mukesh, his sons have been ordered under the IPC 452, 294 (b) and 114.
K Zala, Deputy Supervisor of Bhachau police said, “We got an application in this matter and after our main investigation has registered Fir.”
