Vadodara: Police Inspector, whose wife has been lost for the past 40 days, undergoing a polygraph test on Tuesday night.
Ajay Desai, which is a police inspector for a specialty rural operation (SOG), before being sent on leave backup, has undergone a suspect detection test (SDS) several times over the past few days.
The police have approached the court and asked permission to carry out a polygraph test and they got permission on Monday.
The police hoped to get some instructions on the existence of a sweet thug wife from the polygraph test.
Desai has been maintained in his statement that Sweety was in their home in Karjan on June 4 and he left home the next day.
Desai told investigators that he tried to find his wife and then told his brother who approached the police on June 6.
