Vadodara: A 25-year-old woman and her paramour was demonstrated and their head was shaved in the village of Koyda Dahod District.
Police Devgadh Baria has arrested five people including Mahesh Patel’s husband, a resident of Koyda Village.
The police said that Mahesh Manha’s wife was allegedly in her relationship with Dilip Patel, a resident of Uchvan Village in Devgadh Baria.
“Mana has lived with a dilip for the past six months and is pregnant.
He also put into a case in court who demanded the maintenance of her husband,” the police said.
Mahesh was annoyed with Manisha when he was reported not appearing for hearings.
On July 12, Mahesh reached the village of Uchvan with six other men and allegedly kidnapping Manha and Dilip.
They then took Sweetha and were diliped to Kodya Village where the duo was destroyed.
Mahesh then threatened them and shave some of their heads.
“We learned about the incident and reached the place.
After dilip filed a complaint, we arrested Mahesh and four others,” said a police officer.
Two days ago, a woman was paraded naked in her village in Dhanpur Taluka from her husband because she had an extramarital affair.
He was also forced to take her husband on his shoulder and walk.
