The popularity of the video of a boy spilled into the original singer

Vadodara: The Innocent Sahdev Dirocent video from Chhatisgarh sang the song ‘Sonu Meri Darling’ might have made him get attention and even invited from Chief of Chhatisgarh’s head, but only a few would know that the song was originally sung by Kamlesh Barot, a folk singer.

Popularity of Sahdev has shed to barot that the original video has begun to get sights and like it now.
Posted by a production house on YouTube, the video now has a view of 5.2 million and 88,000 likes.
Even Barot admitted that the song had begun to become a trend after the video of Sahdev.
Barot had sang folk songs and very well known for his ‘Timli’ songs.
He told the media people that he had sang ‘Sonu Meri Darling’ in 2017-18.
It was posted on YouTube by production house in 2019.
He was pleased that the boy’s nine-year-old boy took his song.
“There are many better singers than me who have given a hit.
I will give my blessings to the boy and hope he is successful,” said Barot.
Barot said that in many things the situation was similar to the boy.
“I have to struggle to be successful.
I hope he becomes a superstar.
He has been called by singer Badshah.
I hope he is called by everyone,” he said.
He added that the missing song was viral again.
“This proves that if you do a good job, it will stand out someday,” he said.
