Police Mumbai has registered a case against Vibhu Agrawal, CEO of Ullu Digital Film Production Company Pvt Ltd because it allegedly harassed a woman, under the part 354 IPC in Mumbai.
According to Ani, Anjali Raina, the head of the company has also been ordered.
Offense was registered at the Amboli Police Station on August 4, 2021 against the two accused.
The company has been in the news to produce obscene and adult content.
Meanwhile, talking to Etimes in May this year, Vibhu Agarwal talked about changing the perception of the Ullu platform from Risque to family content.
He said, “With Ulllu 2.0 about 60 percent of our content has shifted towards making family shows and it is not a regulation but we need to change our platform perceptions.
We also have family and people do see you differently when you talk about Ullu , what we want to change.
It’s also not about whether the actor agrees to do an intimate scene or not, because we only have a new face and if an actor refuses there are four other queuing to replace him.
