Chintan’s allegations aka Chetan Patel were booked for cheating and forgery based on the complaints of Vivek Vivek Vivek at the Panigati police station.
Vasava told the police that Patel took Rs 5 lakh from his father in 2019 to begin the process of getting a visa.
Patel started the process despite family rejection.
But when there was no development, Vasava asked Patel to give him a visa or return money.
After verbal altercation several times, Patel gave a photocopy of a visa document and told Vasava that he would immediately provide original papers.

For two years, Patel only made a false promise and in September last year, he gave Vasava a counterfeit job offer from ONC.
In April, when other visa applicants began to come to his house asking for refunds of their money, the family realized that they were also cheated.
When the wife of Patel Falguni asked her to return her sister, she asked Rs 1 lakh more than the Vasava father given.
However, a few days later Patel returned only Rs 40,000.
On a pressurized patel to restore the remaining number, he had an altercation with Falguni and asked him to return to his parents’ house.
When Falguni returned, Vasava approached the police and filed a complaint.
Police said that five other people had also provided a notice to Patel to return their money.
