Nagpur: Marginal surge but consistent in the number of new cases continued in Nagpur and Buldhana districts on Saturday, while all the remaining districts of Vidarbha continue to report a new number of new cases.
Nagpur reported 42 new cases while Bulldhana reported 55 new cases.
Amravati once again reported a small surge above 40.
After registering Zero Covid’s death for six consecutive days, Nagpur Regency recorded four deaths on Saturday.
42 people were found positively from 8,322 tests, while 84 patients recovered.
With four Nagpur deaths, Vidarbha recorded 6 deaths on Saturday.
These include 1 death of each of Amravati and Chandrapur – both city corporate cities.
Overall, 219 new cases were reported while 253 patients recovered.
The difference between new cases and decreasing recovery, which indicates that the spread of the virus can obtain momentum again.
Experts, however, said that around 200 cases a day will continue to be reported in the long term.

Now, Washim has 41,466 cases, 40,684 recovery and 620 deaths from Covid-19.
161 patients are in care.
Bulldhana: a moderate increase in case continues for the third day in Buldhana.
Of the 3,144 tests carried out in the last 24 hours, 55 samples were found positively.
With 24 recovery, 86,034 patients from 86,881 total reported cases have now recovered.
184 patients are still under care.
