New Delhi: Delhi Court on Wednesday called the AAM AADMI Party (AAP) Satyendar Jain, Atishi, Raghav Chadha, Sourabh Bharadwaj, and Durgesh Pathak in a criminal defamination complaint submitted by the BJP leader Delhi Goswami Chhail.
Additional Magistrate Metropolitan Magistrate Ravindra Kumar Pandey directed the accused people to appear in front of him on March 14.
The court passed the commandment of the complaint submitted by Goswami, who claimed that the defendant had flattened comments into him in connection with the funds with corporate funds (NDMC).
GOSWAMI is the chairman of the Committee in Delhi Municipal Corporation.
“The court is a view that is considered that the prime facie accuses people namely satyendar Jain, Atishi Marlena, Raghav Chadha, Durgesh Pathak, and Sourabh Bharadwaj have committed a violation that can be punished under the 499/500 section (defamation) Read with part 34 (General intention)) IPC, “said the court.
Goswami accused the defendant passing comments to “reduce moral and intellectual character complainants in the eyes of the general public”.
