Prayagraj: Working at the High Court of Allahabad remained paralyzed on Wednesday as a lawyer, with a call given by the top bar board, Abstain from the judicial work in protest against the murder of a lawyer at the Shahjahanpur District Court on October 18.
Apart from the High Court, lawyer from the District Court of Allahabad, Central Administration of the Court (CAT), revenue council and other judicial forum boycotted judicial work on the same problem.
Lawyers under the Aegis Association of Bar also submitted representatives to District Judges (DM), Prasagraj to register their protests.
Tehsil’s lawyer handed over their respective representatives to Judge Sub-Division (HR).
Previously, on October 18, the top bar board had expressed concern over the murder of Bhupendra Singh, a lawyer at the Shahjahanpur District Court.
The board bar also expressed his deep sadness over the murder of recent lawyers in the state.
In the background of this situation, the Blade Board has decided to ask the state government to apply advocate protection measures to protect lawyers throughout the country.
Furthermore, the Board of Bar also demanded compensation of 50 lakh rs against the died lawyers and also government work for one of the family members who died.
The Board of Bars also urged the state government to develop mechanisms throughout the country to hold the entry of everyone with firearms in court, so that the criminal activity was examined in the future; And lawyers, who are court officers, found the atmosphere free of fear, where they can take part in the judiciary process with confidence.
